On a more geeky note, I got a new Speedlight SB-600 the other day and I'm delighted by the difference it's made already. The kit flash just wasn't meeting my ever-demanding needs... and it couldn't reach beyond the end of my 18-200 lens so it has now been made redundant. Might get round to reading the new flash's instructions at some point but, for now, I'm having fun with it anyway.
