Spring or Summer?

The sign on the building says it all: 71 degrees F at 6pm in downtown San Jose this evening. Lovely weather, but we really didn't have much of a winter nor did we have any measurable rain. It's supposed to rain at the end of this week, but we will be in emergency drought mode for the rest of the year.
