Sea Breeze

8.9C starting frosty then becoming bright and sunny. More clouds later in the afternoon. Breezy.

Apothecary7 managed to have a look at her new car last evening when she finally arrived home. Not much more than a run through the controls and sorting the seating position and mirrors. This morning she set off to work, happy as the proverbial sandboy :-)

Maeve the Deerhound and I had our visit to Arbroath harbour about 9am. We wandered round. The man in the cage we saw on the first of February was at work again further round the outer basin. I took some downward looking shots as we wandered round the inner basin.

After lunch Maeve and I had another walk. Down the road to the shore and round in a loop for a walk of a couple of miles. The sky was still clear so we had lots of bright light.

It is 5pm as I write and I have just had a look out of the window with the binoculars at hand to have a watch the progress of a rig being towed back out to its working position in the North Sea. The sun is lighting up what looks to be four tugs surrounding the rig.
