Curry meets Roast Dinner

Basically spent the day before deciding whether I wanted a curry or a roast dinner today. As with most decisions I make, why just settle for one? I know many will say this is sacrilege but if any meal could sum me up, it's definitely this one! Basically marinaded a chicken overnight in all the spices I'd use for a curry and then roasted it. Few extra spices and you've got some amazing (but slightly overcooked) potatoes topped off with an Indian carrot salad and one amazing gravy/curry sauce. Best dinner ever!!
