Say hello to Mr Beafy the butcher

Spotted this wonderful happy chappy in the local farm shop. Thought of the demise of the vast array of local shops we had in our high streets that are sadly no longer. Interesting to see the knife courses that are run on the premises. I wonder how many people know how to use knives effectively. Not something I would want to tackle as a vegetarian.!
