Flash Snow Alert

We had an unexpected and heavy snow fall this afternoon at around 3pm. Three inches in about 3 hours, and perfectly timed for hitting rush hour traffic. We walked up to our local cafe for dinner, enjoyed the snow and watching cars struggle to get up the steeper streets.

The other interesting news is that Emma and Holly slept in the basement again. Interesting because Emma had a pretty bad nightmare last time so I was surprised she didn't mind sleeping there again. I kinda like that.
