CCC: Pheasant in the Garden

Prettier plumage in large ("L").

What a surprise: I'd been taking photos of flowers (right from here) in the garden after the rain, and then spotted this female pheasant poking about in the large garden! I had the macro lens mounted but gave it a shot (or two) anyway; I couldn't get very close with her in the open, but she went into the back corner of the garden so I approached and eventually she zoomed off down the path before nipping through the fence to Christ Church's garden...
