D'ya know what it is yet? #1

Both H and I love to collect old stuff, and have a variety of things that we have no idea what they're for, especially science type stuff. (although we were told that a lovely old set of bottles and pumps in a wooden case was actually a kit for giving a horse an enema).

This is actually my latest acquisition, but does have a function and I can't wait to use it. It's also not old, but was recently built by someone for me. So "D'ya know what it is?"
