Birkenhead

Took Tuttle Jnr to Birkenhead for his time swimming trials. There were some tears & rejoice: goggles came off during one of his dives, but he pulled off the rest with respectable times. We are very proud of his efforts.

We headed home via the U-Boat Story dock and then noticed the HMS Victoria (we think) being refurbished in the dry dock while we drove on to the A41. We investigated, then we came across the Birkenhead Priory which has recently been done up. St Mary's tower enabled us to climb up and admire some spectacular views of Birkenhead and not to mention a near aerial view of the HMS Victoria. The blip shown, shot in Infrared, is the view that almost made me swerve off the A41! Took many more shots from the tower too. View them here.

This blip is taking me ages to write as Kasabian are on the TV! Awesome!
