365 #180 - Stabilisation
This is a little thing I love to use the image stabilisation on my 70-300mm for.
The tyre is static so pretty safe for a hand held at 1/40th with the IS on, but the water was moving pretty quickly so there's a nice sweep of motion surrounding it.
