Quiet day.

Things happened like they do.

I had a bit of fun at work.

Something I'd planned for ages went ahead and the world didn't end. I should just trust myself a bit more and if things don't go exactly as planned then "Ein bisschen Schwund ist immer"*.

I've come to realise that the German grammar is now dominant in my head. I'm pretty sure my use of commas is now beyond funny. I'm becoming semi-literate in both languages. This is not a reassuring thing.

We have baking temperatures forecast for tomorrow. I'm planning on being in the office before 7 so I can go at 3. It's not fun sitting in 30°C.

In camera news, I played a little with "Live View" - controlling your camera with your laptop. Who knew that such things existed? I need a lie down.

*A translation isn't 1:1 here but something like "Not everything goes to plan".
