Red, white and blue

From a meeting room at Edinburgh Napier University's Craiglockhart campus this morning I saw the Red Arrows fly over the Firth of Forth.

At the same time Mr hazelh was on the Forth Road Bridge with my camera. This is my favourite shot of the pictures that he took. I love the interplay of the red, white and blue plumes of smoke emitted from the tails of the planes.

(Meanwhile down the road someone smashed a bottle of whisky against the side of a boat.)

Exercise today: morning loops in 28'23", sit-ups, weights, walk to work, walked half way home again (from the Tower) 1.5 hours.
