Commuting injuries

There was a woman tottering around in very high heels on the damp and steep steps down to the underground platforms this evening. She was also checking her phone. When the inevitable happened and she tripped, she grabbed hold of me to stop herself falling with her very long nails. Ouch. She didn't even really apologise.

The commuting world is a tough one!
