Lincoln Imp

Last week when shopping in Tesco I noticed a new bit of artwork going up in the new car park under construction . Today the fencing all came down so i was able to get a shot of the handy work of a Lincoln Imp.
This was carved out of a tree stump with a chain saw by a chap from Chesterfield , Tesco ran a competition for local School Children to design the wood carving and this was one of the winning designs , a great choice i must agree
