Soggy Bichon

He wasn't that soggy to be honest, the rain was quite light. Made me realise how little rain we have been getting over the past few years. We get deluges and the odd week of rain and showers but there's really not many days that we don't go out because it's too wet.
Anyway, he looks very smart in his 'Vulcan' coat even if he doesn't like wearing it.
