Saturdays are for bacon

Well not in this household, Saturday will be a vegan dinner party.

I've cooked the dish the night before as I've wanted to taste test it before my guest did! If it was a disaster I'd have time to run to the frozen isle in tesco!

So far so good, let's hope they agree!
