Jacobite glass from @SLCek

In August I was invited by South Lanarkshire College (@SLCek) to a sod cutting ceremony, where guest sod cutter was another blipper: Feorlean.

I was reminded of this today while listening to John Swinney give his announcements in parliament, including new investment in the estates of colleges in Scotland. More sod-cuttings to come then.

As a momento of the ceremony, the college presented guests with a lovely inscribed jacobite glass. So I thought today was an appropriate day to christen it, and before consuming the dram it also makes a suitable subject for today's blip.
