A Day Worth Recording

Coppermorn

The early light through the copper beech this morning.

Not entirely sure where today went. Lunch didn't happen 'til 3pm by which time my stomach (and my mood) would normally have imploded had it not been for the cooked breakfast.

Various jobs, including another instance of drilling a screw hole and being left wondering what on Earth this one was made of? Bits of TARDIS I suspect. Certainly, far more polyfilla was injected that could possibly have fitted in that hole.

Margaret, Peter and Bracken, our first canine visitor (barring the tenant Grace in the cottage), arrived today. The four adults finished the day with a game of Torres - extraordinarily close in the scoring.
