The Owl and the Pussy-cat went to sea....

...well the owl did.
No cat to be seen.
I've noticed this before but never had a chance to blip it.
It seems a boat owner does not want Gull guano all over his little dinghy.
A good idea but a bit creepy as it has a wobbly head and moves about.
