Corfe Castle during a break in the rainclouds

Taken from a similar viewpoint to that of my mid-October photo, but a very different mood. The trees are mainly bereft of leaves, and a distinctly wintery look is now in evidence.

This photo was taken with a wide angle lens, which shows the sheer size of the castle.

The skies today are alternately grey/ menacing and bright blue/ welcoming.
