Sunny Middle Meadow Walk

Took a wander up Calton Hill at lunchtime with StevieFish to try and see if we could spot the much fabled ash cloud drifting over the sea. Although there were some dramatic clouds, there wasn't anything especially different, however it was a nice wee wander anyway.

mrs monochrome and I were out this evening at a lecture as part of the Science Festival - Marcus du Sautoy was giving a talk on the Number Mysteries, and, having enjoyed his christmas lectures a few years back, and his series on the history of maths, we decided to draft in some baby sitters and head along.

Friday tomorrow, which means only one more day of work before I'm off on holiday for a week! Woohoo!
