Tonight's dinner

Orange ginger pork chops
Roasted tomato basil coucous
Ginger garlic balsamic Fiddlehead

So, the fiddlehead tastes like...asparagus...I think. It doesn't have much of favour...very mild taste. I thought it would taste like green beans but it is not. I did overcook it since I didn't want to get sick lol. So, I boiled them first and then pan fried with ginger, garlic, and balsamic vinegar.
