Elusive Heron

I have been trying to get a photo of this heron for a while but he always eludes me! He likes to sit by a pool at the side of the road near our house. Every time I see him there I either have no camera, have ran our of batteries or he has flown off whilst I have been getting the camera ready! Today whilst driving to the cinema I saw him land there and stopped the car to try take a photo but he saw me coming and flew off again...next time ill get him!
