A Bar of love

If I could invent just one thing then this it what it would be,
It would be available to all on the NHS for free,
Then everybody would be happy and also nice and clean,
They would all be wearing a great big smile and nobody would be mean,
But for now this is the one and only lovely bar
and today we send it up the M1 to Granny and Grandpa
