This photo has so much wrong with it but just enough 'right' with it to make me post it.


Had a long talk with a friend today... fighting talk about controlling our lives ..
'Do you want to meet for coffee?'
'Oh I can't I'm picking up Henry today from Nursery.'
'No I can't either my Two grandchildren are coming after school'....Nuff said.













Step count: 8,493 MUCH better but not good enough.
