The Lodge

Over here in Blenheim I'm staying with someone whom I've known by name for years but have had very little to do with. She has very graciously offered to put me up for the time I'm here which is lovely :)

And their home is rather lovely too - just a handful of years old, designed by themselves and created with a view to it becoming a holiday Lodge in years to come. This amazing view greeted me as I ventured out to the living area this morning........absolutely scrummy!!

Slept really well last night - the gentle bleating of spring lambs was a much nicer sound than the more usual cars driving by!
