Oriental Style Fish Cakes

These will be deep fried and served on a 'krupuk' (prawn cracker) with a shallot and ginger chutney and a spicy chilli and lime dressing. The dressing has lots more ingredients in, too many to list here as does the fishcake actually.
I serve 3 for a starter with some mizuna leaves.
