A Fond Farewell

We’ve recently said a fond farewell to our marketing ambassadors, Richard and Bex. After almost 5 years steering our marketing work, the community blog and social media activity, they are moving on to new endeavours. They’ll be sorely missed but we wish them all the best with their future plans.

It leaves us without anyone in this coordinating role for the first time in quite a while.  Fortunately we do have Alan, Lynn, Cat and Lindsay who joined the Community Team after our call for volunteers a couple of years ago.  They are continuing their supporting roles but it does leave us without anyone to coordinate the marketing and community activity.

So here we are again with a call out to Blipfoto members, seeking someone who would be willing to step up into this role.  Of course, it is unpaid, as are all of the roles from the directors down. We’re hoping to find someone (or more than one person after how successful Richard and Bex were as a team) who has some spare time to help Blipfoto and its community in this area of work.
