Back on the bus

In my head, it was last year that I started the whole silly cycling every day thing that ended when I crashed into the drunk bloke and broke my collar bone but it turns out, as Facebook pointed out the other day, that it was 2015. So I have no idea what happened to 2016. Anyway, started again today on the day that things start. 9.2 miles around the village on the tractor in the hope that when I head back to work the cycling won't be as hellish as it usually is. So it seemed like a good idea to start some other stuff too. Like bacon. Dry cured belly for pancetta and wet cured loin for rashers.
