Ciabatta

Not the warmest day to be standing around selling beer but at least there was tea and very nice focaccia with tomatoes and chilli. There's also a cheeky wee robin. And in the quiet spells you can mooch around in the bakery where it's nice and warm, when you're not standing watching the sun climb slowly, melting the frost on the wall. Once the sun's up properly you can stand in the sunshine watching the steam rising off the bread as it cools. Eventually the cold gets through your shoes.
