Soundtrack

Ever since we started dating 55 years ago, summer of 1969, we have had an affinity for good music when we are on the road. I am happy to say that still happens. We aren’t big travelers any more; we like the farm and home. But when we go to town, or the longer road trip to Corvallis, Eugene, or Portland, soundtrack of our lives appears again.

So today, as we traveled to Salem, we listened to an extensive soundtrack. It included Lyle Lovett, Phish, Redbird,Richard Thompson, The War On Drugs, Cracker, David Tolk, Tom Petty, Leo Kottke, Widespread Panic, Rush,Graham Nash and David Crosby, Neil Young, Chatham County Line, and Emory Joseph. Excellent tunes.

Hard to explain, but the soundtrack of our life continues. How blessed I am to share it with this person on the road.
