I'm going to use this journal to record my weight loss. I am currently 19 stone (1 Sept 2012) and my target weight is 13 1/2 stone, so it will take some time. I'll say more later as to how I'm going to do it.

I hope to remain anonymous as it is difficult admitting to being 19 stone.

I may comment at times on my blips but this journal is for me and comments will be for me to records things which may be useful in the future.

If I can be a source of inspiration for others that would be nice but it's not why I'm doing it. It's just time to take control of my life and the first thing is my weight.
