Day 15 - 248 Pounds

Well, that's another 8 pounds this week. Really pleased with the progress. This is actually quite easy (though I hesitate to say it).

Looking forward, I plan to be my fighting weight by February next year.

Another reward tonight I think! I've got my eye on a nice 1999 Rioja and perhaps a nice rare steak.

From now on I'm going to try to keep the photos with the same camera and lens and the same position so that perhaps I can make a "flick book" at the end!
