I am Hanna. I am currently working on my PhD in an interdisciplinary field which combines philosophy of education with sustainability/environmentalism and feminist theory. Being a PhD student affects my life in many ways. Because of work, I commute almost every week between Stockholm and Linköping (Sweden). But work also takes me to new places. Recently, I spent two month as a visiting scholar in Arlington, Texas. With this blog I will try to tell something about my everyday life in which I constantly seem to be on the move to the next place. Taking pictures is a way for me to "freeze" the moment, a way to capture a small detail in my everyday life, before it is time to get on the next train, bus or plane.
