Sunday 19 May 2013: Poppy field

It was hard to think about food today after spending, it seemed, most of yesterday eating and drinking, but we managed to go to the garden to plant out peppers and to harvest 4.5 kilos of broad beans. On the long way round to get there I took this, attracted first by the poppies in the background but then focusing on the bud on the edge of the field.
