Sunday 12 February 2012: Thankfully there is someone smiling
I think the bottom line is that I should have not been at work on Friday. The weekend has been spent in recovery mode.
Very little was happening today. The weather was clement but energy levels, in spite of porridge, were mega low.
Hopefully better tomorrow.
