Thursday 10 March 2011: Iced
Made zucchini/courgette soup today and just had to have a play with the frozen stock retrieved from the freezer as the base for the soup.
This was the first shot of a plethora of images snapped before there got to be too much melt.
Very pleased with the soup too. Lovely with a splash of lemon juice and some cheesey toast.......
