Saturday 12 March 2011: Salmon from Exe Valley Smokery

This is one of the best smoked salmon I have ever had. If you are ever visiting Exmoor this smokery is worth a visit to purchase some. The smokery is in Brushford near Dulverton.

I serve it with a citrus salad and a chardonnay vinegar dressing and orange reduction. Home made bread and toasted brioche.
