Spiral treads

Back to work after a good weekend is always difficult.

The weather has been wet and horrible today and that has made the site very muddy underfoot. We also had a number of new guys start on site today with plenty of forklift movements and big material deliveries.

None of that is either terribly interesting nor photogenic but we did also start the erection of a spiral stair kit.

In true manly fashion, my joiners have thrown away the instructions and set to work. The image is of the edge of the timber treads before installation and I hope to blip a completed stair if and when we get it done.
