Freedom

Today after office hours visited post office and the grocery store and really enjoyed the lovely weather. At home Mrs.Mrok had everything covered with the kids, so decided to go for a small bike ride. My first road ride for this season.

The sun was shining and birds were singing (not), and my trusty Surly CC in fixed gear configuration rolled like a dream. That bike just fits me like a glove and after few months of break riding it felt absolutely wonderful! The sense of freedom and the silence at the deserted highway felt good, eventhou the small cracks at the old asphalt reminded me of the ground frost season still ahead of us.

After one and half hour ride was back at home. finally. It was about time as after the sun went behind the trees the temperature started to sink pretty fast. The forecast has promised again -15 degrees of Celcius for tomorrow morning..
