Karolien, Brussels

Having just eaten a huge bowl of soup, we're settling down to a cup of tea & a plate of newly baked biscotti with our lovely friends Pieter & Karolien in Brussels. Tonight is the first gig of our tour in Maastricht, a house concert. I have to say, I really wish I'd written down the improvised recipe that led to these biscotti as they're absolutely divine!
