Tuesday 29 March 2011: Both Sides the Tweed
Down south across the Tweed (above) to the confluence of the Foss and Ouse. Aye, that's right, York. It's an attractive little place so it is. Whitby smoked fish pie! Fine, hoppy beers. And even a pub where Guy Fawkes was born with real gas mantle lighting. And so, to bed!
