Thursday 31 March 2011: Blipping With Aquamarine!
Today I met up with Aquamarine at her home near Lake Union and had a wonderful time with her. She is so multitalented---much of her own artwork hangs throughout her place as well as so many pieces from other painters and woodcarvers ---it's just a delightful walk through a personal gallery--With a private tour guide. She had a special post birthday treat for me before we went out blipping--looking for ducks around the MOHI--museum of history and industry near the U of Wash. It's a lovely wetlands area to explore along Lake Washington.
I chose to post a blip of some fungi we saw in one section of the wetlands that were stacked all together and quite lovely I thought.
Thanks K for a very special time and let's do it again soon!!
