Tuesday 5 April 2011: Always keep a glass in the living room ..
This is the 2nd spider I have caught this evening. The first one was actually double the size of this ... I don't particularly like spiders but they don't make me scream like a girl. Mostly because I'm teaching Clara to be ok around them - every time we capture a spider, I call her over and we spend 5 minutes looking at it's legs and body before we go put it in the garden to find it's family ... Isn't that more kind than squishing it? That's what Daddy does!
Anyway, always keep a glass in the living room because a spider will always run out from under the settee when you're nice and relaxed! ;)
