Saturday 2 April 2011: Mocha
Despite being slightly addicted to chocolate, I'm not keen on hot chocolate. Love the smell, the idea but not all that hot milkyness...yuck.
So, when visiting Maya (chocolatier in Strathpeffer) I thought I'd give the mocha a try. I liked the way it was presented as a coffee and then a tiny cup of thick chocolate. Most people will pour the chocolate into the coffee but I decided to drink them separately which mean that I didn't find the chocolate too gloopy. It was lovely but I don't think I'll stick to plain coffee and the chocolate in solid form for the most part.
