Monday 11 April 2011: Blipmob

Are you a 'gormless goat' or a 'deeply annoying individual'? Do you 'ponce around the city, cameras hanging round your middle-class neck'? Well a writer at one of Scotland's most respected Sunday newspapers thinks you do. 

To explain further, our friends at Scotland on Sunday published this very 'tongue in cheek' and funny opinion piece on how 'awful' people are. It seems us Blippers are one of the most 'deeply annoying' sections of humanity!

In the spirit of digital custard pie throwing - and just for fun - we'd like to show him what a lovely bunch of Blippers there really are around the globe. So we're asking you to take a self portrait holding your camera and perhaps 'poncing' around (a bit like the picture above) in your home town, upload it before Thursday of this week, tag it with 'sosponce' and we'll forward them all on.

Ponce: An individual who attempts to fake having intelligence, class, or culture. e.g. "I knew he was a bit of a ponce, but what's with the monocle?"
