After yesterday's comments it had to be either Lord's or a toothbush. So...
Here's Gilbert Bayes' 1934 relief sculpture at the home of cricket. I think there is something very civilized about a game that has breaks for lunch & tea, & where a spectator can spend most of the afternoon asleep in a deckchair without missing anything.
(The toothbrush may yet put in an appearance though)
