Monday 18 April 2011: Stratocumulus Sunburst

After a glut of photography over a long weekend, my return to work sees a reliance on one of my stock subjects, the sky.

I'd been watching the sun do its work through broken cloud most of the way home on the bus, hoping that it wouldn't have been completely swallowed by the time I reached the moor. Luckily it hadn't.

Consulting The Cloud Book for reference again, I'm guessing these are Stratocumulus.
