A feast of colours

Returned from a fabulous relaxing weekend over Easter in Vollenhove, near National Park the Weerribben-Wieden. The weekend consisted of interesting tours, great nights, great breakfasts, great dinners, of which one in a restaurant with two Mcihelin stars. Interesting, is a word that suits it best: fabulous combinations of tastes in dishes you would never imagine, but the whole atmosphere of the public in particular is something I would never long for...

This morning and afternoon we did a kayak tour through the canals of the Weeribben, sometimes queuing behind other kayaks and boats, and at other times with no sounds other than the birds in the reed. But, no camera in the kayak, so the back yard was yet again the place for the photo. This one was maybe not the best, but the most interesting.
