Wet Leaves

Everything is damp, soggy, and wet around here. My shoes are caked with mud from the path I walk on in the woods, and it's cold! Still, I'm not complaining, because along with all this comes a certain beauty found in few other places! These simple leaves are such a good example. Those droplets of water make them that much more beautiful! Granted, these words are spoken from a native Oregonian who is lucky enough to have escaped nine weeks of winter this year! Nonetheless, I love Oregon!
